Key Responsibilities The post holders will be responsible for the reception and/or analysis of samples of animal origin for the presence of veterinary drug residues/contaminants. The post holder will receive samples and /or be required to perform sample extraction, clean up, and then analysis using a range of analytical methods, including immunochemical assays or mass spectrometry. In addition, the role will involve various duties related to the maintenance of ISO17025 accreditation within the laboratory and other general duties. Essential Criteria 5 GCSE's including science, maths & English language (Grades A* - C for subjects specified), equivalent or higher. In addition, preference will be given to a person with laboratory experience gained either in a working environment or as part of higher education. Apply Now!
