We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Squad, helping to improve operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of business analysis outputs and techniques across the full change lifecycle, serving as a critical link between business and technical teams to drive clarity, alignment, and effective delivery.

About the role
* Analysis of complex change initiatives.
* Play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting digital opportunities, articulating clear business benefits, and recommending actionable next steps to maximise value.
* Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects.
* Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these.
* Ability to work within a team, working on one or more projects at any given time.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements.
* Support User Acceptance Testing.
About you
* Experience in working in Pensions
* Experienced Senior Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role.
* Experience in large scale transformation programmes
* Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
* Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships.
* Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
* Act as a digital champion, providing guidance, sharing expertise, and supporting teams to understand and apply digital-first solutions effectively.
* Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
