Where you'll work
We are recruiting for a full time General Office Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support our Operations department in Exeter. The role will be flexible and may include working within Central Registry, Front of house, Print/Post room and also completing Team Assistant duties where necessary.
What you'll be doing
1. Opening and distribution of the post each morning
2. Collecting/sorting and franking post each afternoon
3. Ensuring deadlines are met for sending special delivery mail
4. Organising couriers
5. Responsible for delivering "by hand" packages locally as appropriate
6. Undertaking large volume scanning, photocopying and printing requests in-house
7. Stationery orders
8. Assisting with the administration of file archiving and retrieval service
9. Document printing and finishing
10. Providing back-up for the Reception team as necessary
11. Assisting with replenishing catering stocks in our staff kitchens
12. Other administrative duties as required
