What you’ll do on a typical day:
Review data sources to identify late arrivals, non-compliance, and gaps for potential investigation
* Work with management teams across sites to improve scanning compliance and identify areas for operational improvement
* Conduct regular audits of security controls, assessing effectiveness and recommending improvements
* Investigate lost and missing items, determining root causes, and providing recommendations for process changes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Knowledge of industry best practice in relation to loss prevention
* Logistics operational management experience is desirable
* Have experience in working with technical security systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm
* Continuous improvement qualifications desirable
