We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our friendly team at Fego Gerrards Cross.
Fego is a relaxed, welcoming, home-from-home restaurant with South African roots, where our guests enjoy delicious, freshly made food and warm, personal service in a no-rules environment. We’re a daytime-only business, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
*
Actively leading the team on the floor, hosting guests, and maintaining high service standards
*
Managing rotas, stock control, costs, and KPIs to help drive profitability
*
Training, supporting, and developing an experienced and hardworking team
*
Taking the lead during events and peak trading periods with calm, clear leadership

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or assistant manager
*
Hands-on leadership with strong communication and people skills
*
A proactive mindset with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time independently
*
A true team player who works closely across both front and back of house
*
Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment, especially at weekends
