What will you be doing?
• Managing a portfolio of nuclear projects worth several million pounds from inception through to delivery
• Leading multidisciplinary teams including project managers, hardware, software and installation engineers
• Ensuring projects are delivered to timescale, budget, specification and customer expectations
• Managing subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Holding regular client progress meetings and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Overseeing quality, environmental and health & safety compliance across projects
• Supporting future business opportunities through successful project delivery
Where will you be doing it?
You'll be joining a long established engineering and systems integration business delivering advanced automation and control solutions across highly regulated industries including nuclear, energy, renewables and manufacturing. The business specialises in complex turnkey projects involving PLC, SCADA and safety systems across some of the UK's most critical infrastructure environments.
What will you need?
• 5-10 years' E,C&I project management experience within nuclear or another highly regulated industry
• Strong commercial and customer facing experience
• Knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
• Electrical hardware knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Proven track record delivering projects to time, cost and quality targets
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
• Ability to obtain SC clearance
