Construction Disputes – Supervising Associate - 3-5 PQE - London
My client is growing its Construction disputes team and is looking for a Supervising Associate to join.

What is required:
* 3–5 years’ PQE in Construction Disputes.
* Hands-on experience with NEC and FIDIC.
* Comfortable in the TCC and with adjudication (essential).
* Arbitration experience (ICC, LCIA, etc.) would be great.
* Some knowledge of international enforcement? Even better.
* Fire safety experience? Bonus points.
* A background in top-tier insurance or construction work.
* Commercially smart. Academically strong. Genuinely enthusiastic.
