TEC Group International is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our high-performing Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to take the next step in their career with a business that delivers exceptional results in high-value markets.
Due to a high value and large volume piece of retained business we have won with an existing key client we are looking to add a Senior Consultant or more experience Key Account Manager to join the team.

The Role
You will:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across international markets.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and research.
* Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the businesses, and directors in the wider group of companies.
About You
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally in Chemical, Oil & Gas or Green Energy sectors.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and strong previous client facing experience
* Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
