The Role
We're looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our B2B team and take ownership of a portfolio of key manufacturing customers. This is a commercially strategic and hands‑on role ideal for someone who blends strong sales and account management skills with a genuine passion for food, innovation, and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, retain, and grow existing B2B manufacturing accounts.
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the UK food manufacturing sector.
* Work closely with NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions.
* Lead customer presentations, reviews, and joint development projects.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to uncover growth opportunities.
* Champion The Flava People brand and values ensuring every partnership delivers creativity, quality, and value.
About You
