And as part of our rapid expansion, we’re seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, conducting telephone and video calls, as well as occasional webinars and presentations.
* Being the main point of contact post sign-up, managing customer onboarding, explaining our data services and technology clearly and confidently to our clients.
* You’ll be expected to gain a solid understanding of our product suite and play an active role in promoting our solutions to existing customers.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous account management or business development experience (ideally in data or technology)
* Exuding confidence in engaging with clients
* A proven track record of managing and growing relationships
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience working in an office or professional environment

* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work closely with sales and development teams to coordinate successful customer onboarding

* Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and quick to learn new systems
What We Can Offer You
* Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
