Job Role Responsibilities
Estimating and Pre:Construction

Conduct drawing take:offs and quantify materials.
:
Prepare estimates using internal costing models.
:
Meet suppliers, obtain pricing and evaluate options.
:
Assist with tender packages and proposal documentation.
Project Co:ordination and Delivery Support

Place material orders (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, M and E small works, etc.) on system.
:
Create, update and manage live project documentation.
:
Input H and S information into internal systems and support RAMS/CPP collation.

Register new enquiries and set up job folders with complete project data.
:
Support site activities where required - site checks, progress photos, chasing deliveries.
:
Assist with building O and M manuals at project completion.
:
Allocate supplier invoices to the correct projects.
:
General office and project support tasks to keep programmes moving smoothly.
Client and Supplier Interaction

Handle incoming calls and direct to the correct project lead.
:
Liaise with clients, designers and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication.

Attend site meetings or supplier visits.

Live within roughly one hour of the Northampton Office.

Confident with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Self:motivated and ambitious with a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work within a fast:paced environment where work and fun are the key ingredients.

Familiarity with interior fit:outs (materials, trade, sequencing or site processes) is beneficial.

Ability to read drawings, experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a bonus but not essential.
