Description
Egerton Road is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. This role will involve 20 hours of support on the floor and 20 hours of supernumerary duties.
Egerton Road is located in Bexhill-on-Sea, in East Sussex. It offers residential support and neuro-rehabilitation for 11 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or a progressive neurological condition (PNC). We are just a short walk from the town centre and seafront.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
You will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a team. You will ideally have significant previous experience as a Deputy Manager and demonstrate a genuine commitment to both your personal development and the development of your wider team.
