Your new role As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing customers. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow account value. This is not a cold-calling role — instead, you'll be speaking with warm, engaged customers who already use our products/services.
* Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of accounts
* Make outbound calls to current customers to discuss upcoming needs, product updates, and growth opportunities
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer requirements
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
