If you’re creative, driven, and hungry to learn, this role will fast‑track your experience in social media, video, copywriting, and event planning. * Supporting digital marketing campaigns and product or service launches.
* Assisting with video production, from scripting and filming to editing and post‑production.
* Creating short‑form clips and marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and sales collateral.
* Coordinating event and conference logistics, including preparation of marketing materials and post‑event follow‑up content.
* Assisting with project tracking, supplier coordination, and marketing administration tasks such as invoice processing.

Key Skills & Experience

* Experience in a marketing or relevant creative role – required.
* Hands‑on experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or video production.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with creative flair and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
* Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar) is advantageous but not essential.

Location

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining home and office‑based work. Employees are required to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office at BioCity Scotland, which provides free on‑site parking, a café, and a gym.

Salary & Benefits

* £26,000 to £32,000, dependent on experience.
* 12‑month full‑time, fixed‑term contract.
* A company bonus scheme.
* 32 days holiday per annum.
* A voluntary time accrual (overtime) system providing the opportunity for an extra 12 days' holiday per annum.
* Contributory pension scheme with enhanced employer contribution.
* Hybrid working with home office setup assistance.
* Perkbox – a huge range of benefits and discounts.
