Atradius Collections provides efficient, quick and flexible solutions to support businesses with accounts receivable management on both a domestic and international scale. With a global network of collections specialists, lawyers and insolvency practitioners worldwide, Atradius Collections serves over 15,000 customers, supporting them to reduce client's trade risks.
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability. Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios. Responsible for revenue generation, risk management and act as key customer touch point. The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required, profitability and potential. Key aspects of the role include product delivery, risk management and profitability management.
In this position your key responsibilities will be:
* First point of contact for Atradius Credit Insurance clients, brokers and Account Managers for answering queries, providing case updates and weekly/monthly reporting.
* Manages the portfolio in a proactive way to ensure customers, brokers and account managers are supported and informed on all services
* Maintains and Develops cross-departmental relationships
* Identifies business opportunities and either works the opportunity or informs the relevant Sales Manager
* Review and refine department processes and procedures to support customer service and continuous improvement
* Responsible for ensuring business retention, developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability and customer service.
* Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios, providing accurate reporting to high level stakeholders
* Some UK travel to visit clients/brokers as well as current clients alongside ACI Account Manager where required.

* Good communicator who easily engages and interacts with new and existing stakeholders using a broad range of channels (Telephone, Email, Face to Face Meetings) and who has the ability to quickly build rapport
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Able to work quickly and accurately, using multiple systems
* A self-motivated individual, able to work from own initiative and provide supervision to other team members
