Re-engagement Mentor Location: Secondary School Contract: Long-term Start Date: ASAP We are recruiting a Re-engagement Mentor to support secondary students who may be at risk of disengagement from learning. This role would suit someone with strong relationship-building skills and experience supporting young people in a pastoral or educational setting. You will help students re-enter lessons, stay motivated, and overcome barriers to attendance and participation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine impact. Requirements: Experience supporting young people with attendance, behaviour, or engagement needs. Strong mentoring and relationship-building skills. Ability to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations. Understanding of safeguarding and student support. Enhanced DBS and references. Key responsibilities: Support students with attendance and engagement. Build strong and trusted relationships. Work with students who may have additional barriers to learning.
