Investment Analyst – Infrastructure Private Equity (18–24 months IB experience)

A leading mid-market infrastructure investment fund is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst to join its dynamic and growing investment team in London. This is a rare opportunity to transition from investment banking into the buy side, working directly on the origination, execution, and asset management of core and core-plus infrastructure investments across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Support the full deal lifecycle, including origination, financial modelling, due diligence, and execution
Prepare investment committee papers and presentation materials
Conduct market and sector research to identify new investment opportunities
Assist in the ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio companies
Requirements:
~18–24 months of experience in investment banking (M&A or infrastructure coverage preferred)
~ Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
~ A genuine interest in infrastructure investing and long-term asset management
~ Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
~ European language skills (especially French, Spanish, or German) are advantageous but not essential
