A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Business Development Manager. We are seeking a results driven sales professional. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for wining and developing new business whilst building long lasting customer relationships. You will have proven experience of developing a sales territory, achieving sustainable growth and you will possess a deep understanding of MRO supply. You will be proficient in CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes effectively.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory growth plan to drive revenue, profitability and deliver company KPI's. Although You will manage and grow existing customer accounts the biggest part of this role will be identifying and acquiring new business. Through a consultative and strategic sales approach, you identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure seamless delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be expected to:
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with clear objectives aligned to company targets.
* Generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and track activities using CRM systems.
* Prepare and deliver customer solutions, quotations, and project specifications.
* Build strong, multi-level customer relationships, conducting quarterly business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and contribution targets.
* Meeting and exceed KPI's
* Provide regular performance reporting and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in industrial sales, ideally with knowledge of MRO and industrial products.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
