Chartered Building Surveyor role (full-time, hybrid) primarily located in Henley-On-Thames with some work-from-home options.
Responsibilities
* Conduct building surveys and prepare defect reports.
* Undertake feasibility studies and manage contracts.
* Handle condition surveys and dilapidations cases.
* Provide technical specifications and health & safety evaluations.
* Apply strong project management skills and communicate effectively with clients to deliver clear and precise reports.
Qualifications
* MRICS or Assoc RICS
* Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
* Experience in feasibility studies and defect reports
* Contract management experience and handling dilapidations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional qualifications related to Building Surveying
* Experience in project management and technical specifications preparation
* Thorough understanding of health & safety regulations in the surveying industry
