Interpersonnel Recruitment is seeking a Health and Safety Partner to join our long-established client in their Safety Team and play a central role.
As Health and Safety Partner, you will provide expert Health & Safety advice, practical solutions and strong leadership across a rotating portfolio of operational and functional areas. You will help shape and implement Health and Safety Strategy, partner with leaders at all levels, and drive a positive, data informed safety culture that empowers people to take personal responsibility for safety.
This is a dynamic, high-impact position that blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational engagement, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, mixed-risk, multi-activity environments.
What you’ll do
3. Partner with operational & functional leaders to improve safety performance.
4. Advise on H&S risk, governance and compliance.
5. Lead investigations, audits, reporting and continuous improvement.
6. Support emergency planning, contractor management & critical risk controls.
7. Deliver training, coaching and cultural development.
8. Contribute to the ISO 45001 management system and strategic safety initiatives.
About you Knowledge & Experience
9. NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent).
10. Proven H&S experience in operational, high risk or complex environments.
11. Working knowledge of ISO 45001.
12. Strong understanding of UK H&S legislation.
13. Experience conducting thorough incident investigations and audits.
14. Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to risk.
15. Ability to work flexibly across varied environments.
16. Full UK Driving Licence
