Excellent opportunity working for one of the UK’s fastest growing retail and e-commerce business’s. Reporting to the Estates Surveyor, this role encompasses estates and projects across the entire UK and ROI portfolio, with a strong focus on estate management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of strategy, lease renewals, rent reviews, and landlord and tenant matters across a portfolio of 900+ trade counter sites.
* Strengthen and develop strong working relationships with external agents handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
* Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders, including direct communication with landlords. Provide timely progress updates and professional advice under appropriate guidance.
* Collaborate with the wider team on various property-related projects and initiatives.
* Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts for rent, service charges, insurance, and professional fees.
* Maintain and update the property database, ensuring accuracy of lease data following acquisitions, lease events, or disposals.
Key Skills & Experience:
