Overview
IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support – Based near Leeds. The role requires the ability to become SC cleared.
Responsibilities
* Provide IT, cloud, and infrastructure support across Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, and, ideally, VMware, Citrix, and Azure (or at least two of them); contribute to incident management and escalation processes.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, preferably enterprise level or within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
* Collaborate with the Service Desk and escalate to 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers when required.
* Maintain strong documentation, adhere to processes and procedures, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365; ideally VMware, Citrix, and/or Azure (at least two of them) and willingness to learn more.
* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory; preferably some experience with Group Policy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to obtain SC clearance.
