A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing team. This position offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of exclusively privately funded family matters within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives (minimum 3 years’ PQE) who:
* Are technically proficient with strong experience in private client family work
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Maintain a client-focused approach and consistently high standards
* Are proactive team players with the ability to work independently when required
* Have a solid and consistent billing history
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload, advising on:
* Divorce and separation
* Cohabitation disputes
* Children Act matters
* Financial remedy matters
