We are seeking a talented Resourcer to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records

Requirements Proven work experience as an Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
Industry experience is preferred but not essential
