Job Description
Our client, a large forward-thinking, values-driven utilities company in central London is seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant for their 2 Directors.
This role is onsite for the first 6 months; and hybrid thereafter.
As Personal Assistant you will provide professional support services which will include secretarial, administrative and project support responsibilities.
Principal Accountabilities include:
• Diary management and inbox management
• Prepare & edit presentations, including proof reading, and preparing meeting packs
• Manage incoming correspondence/enquires (mail/email/phone calls)
• Preparation and prioritisation of letters/documents
• Arrange travel involving the coordination of detailed travel schedules and itineraries
• Raise purchase orders, payment requests and deal with expense claims, credit card
reconciliations and other administrative tasks
• Attend senior leadership meetings, taking notes and providing support
• Provide cover for other Directors' PAs
About you:
* You will have worked in a large organisation as an EA/ PA to a Senior Director
* You will be entirely familiar with managing complex diaries and travel schedules
* Desirable would be EA's who have supported an HR Senior Leader
* Desirable would be EA's who have worked for a utilities or engineering business
* You will be confident communicating at all levels, including senior management
* You will have strong Powerpoint presentation and editing skills
