Land Manager

Up to £55k plus package
I am working with a well-established and ambitious residential developer with a strong regional presence and a clear growth strategy.
The business has a reputation for delivering high-quality homes, taking a long-term view on land acquisition, and backing its people with the right level of trust and autonomy. With a healthy pipeline and continued expansion plans, they’re now looking to appoint a Land Manager to play a key role in securing future sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the full land process from early identification through to acquisition and wants to work in a collaborative, commercially focused environment.
The role will involve:
* Identifying and appraising new land opportunities across the region
* Managing land opportunities from initial review through to acquisition
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, agents and stakeholders
* Coordinating with planning, technical and commercial teams to assess site viability
* Supporting the delivery of a robust and sustainable land pipeline
About you:
* Proven experience in land acquisition within residential development
* Strong commercial awareness and appraisal skills
* Confident negotiating and relationship-building ability
* A proactive, hands-on approach to sourcing opportunities
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, high-performing team
