This is a temporary ongoing position that may become permanent.
We have an opportunity for a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our company and provide payroll and admin support. No payroll experience is required as full training will be provided (administration experience is essential).
This is an office-based role, working a minimum of 24 hours a week, covering Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with additional hours subject to business needs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Processing payroll, SSP, and Holiday Pay onto the company database.
* Administering pay, client rate, and legislative changes onto CRM.
* Assisting the Credit Control team with payroll and invoice queries.
* Processing company car mileage and business expenses.
* Handling new starters, leavers, and P45 requests.
* Assisting with monthly payroll audits.
* Providing administrative support to Recruitment Consultants and Senior Managers.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* A minimum of 2 years administration experience.
* GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English.
* High accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and aptitude for in-house systems.
