Responsibilities:
* Leading on strategic pensions advice including benefit design, de-risking, funding, and accounting
* Building strong client relationships, working closely with trustees and senior stakeholders
* Taking ownership of key deliverables including valuations, funding plans, and statutory work
* Reviewing and guiding junior team members, helping shape a high-performing team culture
* Collaborating across investment, risk, and consulting teams on broader client solutions

About you:
* Qualified Actuary (or nearly qualified)
* Experience in pensions or transferable actuarial background
