The Skylark Federation – Individual Needs Assistant (SEN Focus) Location: Hamsey Community Primary School The Skylark Federation is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join our welcoming and friendly team at Hamsey Community Primary School. This rewarding role will primarily involve working closely with a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our Year 5/6 class. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s educational journey. The successful candidate: About the role: You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support in the classroom, helping the pupil access learning in core subjects such as English, Maths and PSHE. You’ll also assist with social and emotional development, encouraging independence and confidence.
