Our client, a leading facilities management provider, is hiring a Head of Sales to drive and develop business relationships, by winning new Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and securing renewals across London & the South East. In return, you will be partnering up with a highly reputable and rapidly growing company who truly do value their staff, not just with words but through financial rewards too. What you’ll do Own new business and renewals for PPM contracts (HVAC, fire & security, plumbing/electrical) Build the route-to-market from day one; then hire and lead a small sales team Create and manage a high-quality pipeline; convert mid-large multi-site contracts (e.g. student accommodation, hotels). Collaborate closely with Operations to shape proposals, pricing and delivery. Lead commercial negotiations; report performance and insight to the leadership team. What we’re looking for Proven FM background selling PPM contracts into regulated, multi-site environments. Track record building pipeline and closing mid-large agreements (student accommodation, hotels or similar) Self-starter and “door-kicker” with commercial edge; comfortable operating autonomously and then scaling a team. Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder skills; excellent communication and negotiation. Strategic thinker who executes - data-driven, KPI-literate (leads → meetings → proposals → wins).
