The salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves Lead and manage a large team of Property Managers Build and manage relationships with key portfolio clients Oversee training for new recruits and monitor training progress Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes within branch Work closely with the Head of Property Management Operations, providing regular progress updates Drive improvement initiatives in branch Handle escalated complaints beyond Property Manager level We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
