Location:King Power Stadium
Hours:Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract:12-month fixed term contract

We are looking for aMentor Employabilityto support young adults aged1624, helping them build confidence, skills, and pathways into employment, education, or training. Working alongside the Employability Coordinator, you will deliver hands-on support through our Youth Employability Hub, providing CV guidance, employability action planning, and access to wider support around finance, housing, and mental health.

* Strong engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with partners and colleagues
* Good understanding of safeguarding requirements
* Confident using data and systems to record impact

What you'll be doing
* Support delivery of a multi-agency employability programme
* Engage and motivate participants through inclusive sessions
* Provide CV support and employability action planning
* Support progression into employment, apprenticeships, education or training
* Maintain accurate attendance and participant records
* Update Salesforce, Views, Participant, Upshot and other systems
* Promote sessions and share success stories
* Work positively with partner organisations
* Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and KPIs
* Follow safeguarding, risk management and compliance processes
You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends.
Location LCitC is based at King Power Stadium, Leicester. The delivery of sessions with take place at partner schools/Local Community centres etc and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester and Charnwood.
