Are you looking for a new challenge in the Not For Profit sector in a newly created role?
My client has created this new role as Finance Business Partner due to a recent restructure and growth within the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of the department, the FBP will be responsible for;
* Provide financial insights to support business planning and decision-making processes.
* Manage and oversee treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow and investment management.
* Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyse performance.
* Prepare and present detailed management reports to senior stakeholders.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
* Collaborate with various teams to drive financial efficiency and value for money.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks within business operations.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or relevant experience gained in a similar role/sized organisation
* Good Management Accounting skills
* Cashflow management experience.
* Ideally experience in financial planning, analysis, and treasury management.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Commitment to working within the not-for-profit sector
Job Offer
* Salary of £52,108 per annum.
* Excellent pension paying up to 12% employers contributions.
* 25 days annual leave rising to 30 after 3 years
