Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Peterborough for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their business needs, implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, and managing projects from start to finish. The consultant will also provide ongoing support, ensure successful software deployment, and deliver training to clients to maximize the value of the solutions implemented.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
* Experienced in consulting and customer relationship management to guide clients through the implementation process.
* Proven expertise in software and project implementation, particularly in deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear client interactions and documentation.
* Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* Knowledge of retail solutions, stock control, and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related software are preferred.
