We are looking for a supervisor to join our accounting and financial Reporting team in Chelmsford to provide delivery and supervision of accountancy services to a range of clients, while always promoting the firm.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard and within agreed internal budgets
2. Working independently on assignments at client premises when required
3. Supervising junior team members, assisting with their day-to-day training and development
4. Preparing annual financial statements for a range of entity types, both in variety and size, including the preparation of financial statements for audit
5. Conducting analytical reviews incorporating variance analysis on all account’s preparations.

6. ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified individual or someone with equivalent experience
7. Experience of working in a professional services accountancy practice environment
8. Strong communicator with a proven experience of building strong client relationships at all levels
9. Can navigate various accounting and bookkeeping packages such as CCH, Sage and Xero
