Role Overview
The Head of IPE is responsible for the global leadership and strategic direction of the IPE function. This includes overseeing Project Directors across all regions to ensure consistent, high-quality, and profitable project execution, as well as managing Contract Management and Extended Product Execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Global Leadership & Strategy
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to Project Directors, Contract Management, and Extended Product Execution teams worldwide, aligning with business goals and customer expectations.
* Establish and implement global best practices in project execution, cost management, and risk mitigation.
* Drive standardization across regions to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
