We are looking for qualified specialists to support university students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs). If you want a rewarding, highly flexible role where your expertise directly unlocks a students potential, we want to hear from you.</p><h3>Your Specialist Role & Key Impact</h3><p>As a Specialist One-to-One Study Skills Support Worker, you will provide vital academic guidance and create individual learning plans tailored to student needs.</p><p>Your primary goal is to foster independent learning by supporting students to:</p><ul><li>Develop independence and build on their learning strengths.</li><li>Create essential strategies for organisation and time management.</li><li>Formulate action plans to successfully stay on track with studies.</li><li>Build on crucial research skills, including widening knowledge, distinguishing appropriate sources, and correctly using references.</li><li>Enhance reading and writing comprehension skills.</li></ul><p>You are expected to act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and address any student concerns in a timely manner.</p><h3>Mandatory Qualification Requirements</h3><p>This is a specialist, Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) funded role.</p><p>Candidates must adhere strictly to the qualification framework set out by the Department for Education (DfE). You must possess the following qualifications as a minimum:</p><ul><li>An Undergraduate Degree (Level 6 minimum).</li><li>A Professional Membership.
