Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute targeted sales strategies to attract and retain institutional investors across the German market.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients, financial intermediaries, and key industry stakeholders.
* Lead the development and delivery of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
* Monitor market developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
* Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand the investor base.
* Provide senior leadership with regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
* Support the growth and development of junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

* Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
