Are you accustomed to working in a hands-on role that blends administration with active stock and fleet management? If you are free immediately and have a full driving license this assignment offers a fantastic chance to get involved in a welcoming environment while supporting vital operations.

You’ll help ensure the fleet have everything they need to complete their daily work, making a real difference every day. This is a role designed for a candidate who thrives in a role combining both clerical expertise and hands-on support!

Please note, this is a full-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start. Lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

1. Managing stock orders, contacting suppliers and using internal databases to maintain inventory
2. Raising purchase orders and tracking items via Excel
3. Overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries
4. Organising and storing deliveries correctly
5. Creating engineer packs and preparing supplies
6. Assisting with vehicle and fleet management to include movement, and relocation tasks

10. Previous administration experience gained in a supply chain, purchasing or fleet management capacity
11. Confident in using Excel and managing inventory records
12. Practical experience in stock control or logistics is a plus
13. Valid UK Driving Licence is essential
14. The role will involve lifting and moving stock and deliveries
