Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Mortgage Product Manager, Homes – 12 Month FTC/Secondment to join Lloyds Banking Group, the UK's largest mortgage lender. The role involves supporting the development, coordination, and monitoring of mortgage products and channels, interpreting complex processes, and anticipating customer needs.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Data and Analytics: Support data-driven decision-making, track performance, and develop dashboards and reports.
2. Strategy and Delivery: Contribute to defining and executing customer management strategies.
3. Customer Collaboration: Work with various teams to coordinate initiatives across Homes.
4. Customer-Centric: Understand customer behavior and evaluate risks.
