The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, from drafting court documents and advising clients to negotiating settlements and attending hearings or trials.
You will:
1. Handle medium to high-value civil litigation matters in the County Court and High Court.
2. Build strong client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.
3. Draft pleadings, witness statements, letters before action, and settlement agreements.
