\The team handles a varied and high-quality caseload across all aspects of real estate disputes, including:
\Dilapidations claims \n\t
Forfeiture and lease termination matters \n\t
Commercial rent arrears \n\t
Lease renewals and rent reviews \n\t
Residential possession claims \n\t
Lease extensions \n\t
Service charge disputes \n\t
General commercial property disputes \n\t
This Property Litigation Solicitor role will involve supporting partners and senior solicitors on complex matters while also managing your own caseload under supervision. \Have between 2–6 years’ PQE in Property Litigation and are looking for an Associate role \n\t
