Located on the North Norfolk coast in Wells-next-the-Sea, The Globe Inn is an award-winning establishment overlooking a picturesque Georgian square. Our chefs collaborate with local fishermen and butchers, offering dishes made from locally-sourced, fresh ingredients such as beef from salt marshes, lobster, mussels, and crabs directly from the quay.
Job Requirements
* Ensure every dish meets high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
* Be confident in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to foster a positive and motivated team environment, ensuring all team members perform at their best.
