We provide one-to-one care, 24/7 with the overnights been Sleepovers. The individual is a gentleman with a learning disability and is non-verbal. He participates in a wide range of activities and events, loving to be out and about and enjoying time driving in his car. He is sociable and loves spending time with his family. To support this individual, you will ideally have a background in providing support to people who may be autistic and need positive reassurance and encouragement. You must also be comfortable in providing personal care as this individual needs assistance and support with personal care needs From a personality and skills perspective, the successful candidate would be capable and skilled in the following key areas: * Capable of integrating into and working alongside the outstanding, established and highly skilled team. * Have outstanding communication skills * Able to work on their own initiative. * Capable of working to and maintaining the highest of standards within the individual's home * Capable of ensuring a calm and positive environment. * Capable of undertaking activities. * Undertake Sleep Overs With consistency, patience, creativity, and thinking outside the box, challenges can be turned into opportunities, and meaningful progress is achieved.
