Overview
At Russell's Hall Hospital, our Elderly Care Department provides compassionate, expert care tailored to the unique needs of older adults. With a team of highly skilled doctors, nurses, and specialists, we offer comprehensive assessment and treatment plans designed to enhance quality of life, promote independence, and support families every step of the way.
This is an exciting time to join the Elderly Care team as we plan to expand the Elderly Care and Frailty services in Dudley. The newly created roles will be based in the Acute Frailty Unit (FAU), a specialist facility equipped with 8 chairs and 4 beds, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by reviewing daily acute referrals and providing expert care in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
This is more than just a clinical role—you will have the opportunity to shape the future of elderly care through active involvement in training and supervising resident doctors, participating in audits and clinical governance, and contributing to the ongoing development of our Elderly Care and Frailty services.
If you\'re passionate about elderly care and frailty medicine, eager to work in a dynamic team, and motivated to lead service innovation and research, this is an incredible opportunity to advance your career and make a lasting difference to patient care in Dudley.
