· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
· Monitor system and network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
· Provide L1–L3 technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
· Manage system backups, security updates, and patch management.
· Support data centre operations, including equipment installation, cabling, and troubleshooting.
· Perform system administration tasks such as user account management, access control, and permissions.
· Conduct IT site surveys, audits, and equipment rollouts for clients.
· Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection, and operational standards.
· Collaborate with IT consultants and project teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
· Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures.
