Adi Facilities Engineering Business Development Manager


Location – We are ideally looking for a candidate based in the Midlands who is willing to travel for client meetings.


As the Business Development Manager, you will lead our sales growth for our HVAC value-driven maintenance solutions within the Facilities Engineering business. This is a key role, responsible for identifying and securing new commercial contracts, with a specific focus on HVAC Services such as AC/Ventilation maintenance, boiler, and plant room services. The successful candidate will bring relevant industry experience, including facilities management, and a commercial mindset to help build a sustainable pipeline of work in sectors such as commercial real estate and light industrial.


Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:


* Delivering against clear set goals and targets for HVAC and Facilities Management solutions in collaboration with the Sales Director.
* Managing sales and business development, identifying and developing Hard FM solution business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
* Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads and converting them into secured contracts.
* Fostering continuous improvement and working with other Group businesses to identify new cross-selling opportunities.
* Monitoring market activity and staying informed on HVAC industry developments and trends.


About you


We would like to hear from you if you have:


* Proven experience in business development within the HVAC or building services sector, including facilities management.
* Good understanding of HVAC Systems, Boilers, ventilation, and pumps.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
