Requirements
* Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS, CIBSE) and experience in facilities management or property consultancy.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience preparing professional reports and presenting to clients.
* Strong project coordination and financial management skills.
* A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Willingness to travel when needed.
