The Role:
As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of client support, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related queries. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing efficient and effective customer service
2. Handling technical service requests with finesse
3. Maintaining detailed service ticket records
4. Delivering first-line diagnosis and resolution
5. Collaborating with team members to escalate complex issues
6. Prioritizing workload to meet client SLAs
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
7. Previous experience in IT support
8. Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
9. Proficiency with the latest Microsoft technologies
