Purpose of Role: The Deployment Coordinator’s purpose will be proactively coordinating deployment in real time. They will have access to daily data, GPS location software and the radio system to enable direct communication with all deployed resources. This will allow beats to be dynamically changed based on daily demand and optimise deployment across Westminster. Additionally, the Deployment Coordinator will focus their attention on data analysis and quality checking, providing feedback to Supervisors and Management team. Marshal Monitoring through various applications. Key Accountabilities: Intelligence Led Deployment monitoring. Measuring outputs, interpretation of key trends and providing an understanding of why something may have occurred. Interpreting and translating data and reports from the company’s Business Processing team and managing output against KPI’s and generating reports. Active monitoring of Marshals and Supervisors activity, building reports, and report checks of all the on-street colleagues and share information and data. Ensuring full compliance, identify Marshals more in need of support, increasing efficiency and address any non-compliance issues. Feeding back information to colleagues and flagging cancellation anomalies with relevant Supervisors. Creation and maintenance of Quality Improvement plan and Quality Management Information Reporting to monitor performance by presenting quality data and when relevant, producing statistical reports (daily, weekly, monthly reports). Monitoring and implementing quality contract procedures, standards and specifications. Continuous review of customer requirements and ensuring that they are met by reporting back to senior management. Monitoring PCN cancellation rates and decision making to minimise errors. Recommend and implement best practice standards and procedures to achieve operational performance and excellence. Assisting with admin and managerial tasks such as Return to Work interviews, Welfare Meetings, investigations, keeping track on sicknesses, etc. Assisting with equipment management. Expected Deliverables: Excellent IT skills. Proactive individual who communicates and works closely with all layers of the WCC contract structure and including the client. Management of the relevant contract data system identifying and providing reasons for error and trends. Works closely with all sites within the contract to ensure management of the contract data system. Identifying and reporting on any system issues or problems providing reasons. Ability to work alone and within a team. Knowledge of parking and TMA 2004. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to deal effectively with the Services, customers.
